What is the minimum eligibility for a Paisa24Finance loan?
You must be an Indian citizen, aged 22 to 55, with a valid PAN and Aadhaar, a regular monthly salary credit of at least ₹ 15,000, and an active bank account. The full eligibility check is done in real-time during your application.
How fast will I receive the funds?
For approved applications, funds are credited to your bank account within 30 minutes via IMPS or UPI. The end-to-end journey — application, KYC, decisioning, e-Sign, and disbursement — typically completes in under 5 minutes.
What is the maximum loan amount and tenure?
Payday Loans: up to ₹ 1,00,000 for 7 – 45 days. Personal Loans: up to ₹ 5,00,000 for 6 – 36 months. Loan Against Mutual Funds: up to 60% of NAV. Your eligible limit depends on your income, credit history, and AI score.
What are the charges and APR?
Processing fee: up to 10% of loan amount + 18% GST on fee. Interest: variable based on credit profile. Max APR: 365% (statutorily disclosed). Late payment: 0.25% per day on overdue amount. NACH bounce: ₹ 500 + GST. All charges are disclosed up-front in your Key Fact Statement before you sign.
Do I need to submit physical documents?
No. Paisa24Finance is 100% paperless. We use Aadhaar e-KYC, PAN validation, and Account Aggregator framework for instant verification. No physical paperwork, branch visits, or signatures on paper.
Is Paisa24Finance safe? Who regulates you?
Paisa24Finance is the digital lending brand of Barota Finance Limited, an RBI-registered NBFC (Reg. No. B-06.00606). We are compliant with RBI's Digital Lending Guidelines 2022, the DPDP Act 2023, and we are a member of the FACE Self-Regulatory Organisation. Your data is encrypted with AES-256 and stored only in India.
Can I pre-pay or foreclose my loan?
Yes — and there are zero pre-closure charges. Log in to the Repay Loan portal or app, request a foreclosure quote, and pay via UPI / netbanking. You'll get an NOC instantly on successful closure.
How do I raise a complaint or grievance?
Call our Grievance Officer at +91-172-2730859, email care@paisa24finance.com, or use the in-app grievance form. If unresolved within 30 days, you can escalate to our Nodal Officer or to the RBI Complaint Management System (CMS).
